<description>I just happened on be doing some research on Mt Vernon and i came across this website. I am an alumni of the 2006 George Washington's Teacher Institute. It was probably the best teaching experience that many of us attending had agreed that we ever had. I even returned to Mt. Vernon on my own for the 2 day public session during the summer of 2007, and would have went this year but I had an irreconciable conflict of schedule . I will return this coming year so keep me on your list. But do send me the full DVD of Cokie Roberts, I think Cokie was a terrific keynote speaker even though we had the pleasure of getting " The Nation's historian" David McCullough. Your Association seems to make all the right choices in making the institute an ungorgetable experience.
Give my warmest regards to everyone especially Nancy.

Thanks again and give my best to all the members on the committees, the Board and the Regents for making it all possible in supporting classroom teachers.
